Too cool and addictive program: Poladroid.  Makes your pics into polaroids :) Here are some I did using some recent pics of friends and family! (the program makes individual jpgs, I just combined them here so you could get the full effect) Here’s a few more… told you it was addictive. Love the whiring noise it makes when you drop the pic on top of the camera! A few tips, because it took me a while to figure this out.  If you want to add fingerprints or change it up, go into settings (the little blue button) and click on the Stripes option to add fingerprints. You can only take 10 pics, then you have to close it and start over.  (your jpgs are saved, but they’re removed from the desktop) Wait for them to develop, but if you want to save a partially developed image, right click on it.
